  • Communicate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Inspectors, and landowners
  • Complete daily reports and production tracking
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact safety, quality, or production

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading land clearing, forestry, pipeline, utility, or heavy construction crews
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read plans, follow specifications, and maintain quality standards
  • Experience coordinating equipment, personnel, and schedules in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

You're a Great Fit If...

  • You know how to hold a crew accountable while earning their respect
  • You balance production, safety, and quality without cutting corners
  • You're willing to jump in and help when the job requires it
  • You take pride in leaving every project better than you found it

If you're ready to lead a crew, take ownership of your work, and build a long-term career with a company that values strong field leadership, we'd like to talk with you.
