Restoration Foreman
As a Restoration Foreman you will work in clearing and restoration phases of the construction of natural gas and oil pipelines as well as a variety of other environmental projects. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising the daily activities of an assigned crew. May aid with general laborer and equipment operation tasks as needed.

You will:
- Model and promote good safety practices. Ensure safety is never compromised.
- Monitor and adjust resources, personnel and workflow to achieve the daily production and delivery goals.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and superintendent to align activities and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Schedule and assign work to employees. Manage the work performance of each employee and subcontractors to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded.
- Ensure all employees follow all policies and procedures, with strict attention to safety, per company and client standards.
- Resolve problems that arise during the workday.
- Prepare and send accurate and complete daily and weekly administrative reports/documents.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with federal, state and local laws, statutes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of construction, oil and gas or related industry experience needed.
- A minimum of two years of previous supervisory experience is needed.
- High School Diploma or GED needed; demonstrated related experience may be substituted for required education.
- Must pass drug screening and criminal background and motor vehicle records check.

Working Conditions:
All types of weather including dry, wet and humid conditions. Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, mist, odors and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Perform Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Climb, kneel, stand, walk crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar tasks requiring physical activity.
