As a Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of oil and gas pipeline construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your oversight will be critical in delivering successful projects while upholding Frontier’s commitment to safety, quality, and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of pipeline construction projects, from planning through closeout
  • Allocate project resources and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Recruit and manage local labor on a project-specific basis
  • Identify risks proactively and respond quickly to resolve issues
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget adjustments, including issuing and negotiating RFIs and Change Orders
  • Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements; ensure contracts are in place and compliant
  • Facilitate communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Enforce job cost controls and maintain consistent project documentation and reporting
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on job costing, payroll, and operational analysis
  • Support timely and accurate preparation of progress billing

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in steel pipeline construction within the oil and gas industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Working Conditions

  • Travel up to 50% to various Frontier offices and project sites
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and moderate to loud noise levels
  • Physical demands include use of office equipment and the ability to perform tasks involving climbing, kneeling, standing, walking, and other physical activity
