Frontier Environmental Services is looking for a Service Specialist to help keep our fleet and equipment maintenance operations running smoothly. If you're highly organized, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping things on track, this could be the opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll work closely with mechanics, vendors, and operations personnel to coordinate maintenance activities, track repairs, manage service records, and support the equipment our crews rely on every day.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for company vehicles and equipment. 
  • Create and maintain work orders, service records, and maintenance documentation. 
  • Track service intervals, mileage, engine hours, and equipment usage.
  • Receive and monitor repair requests from field and shop personnel. 
  • Communicate repair updates and equipment status with mechanics, vendors, and operations teams. 
  • Review invoices and assist with maintenance-related recordkeeping. 
  • Support the daily operations of our fleet and maintenance department. 

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, dispatch, maintenance, construction, transportation, automotive, or equipment-related role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Work Environment

This position is based in our maintenance facility office and works closely with mechanics, vendors, and operations personnel. The role includes regular interaction with employees in the shop and equipment yard, providing a hands-on opportunity to support fleet and equipment operations. Employees may occasionally be exposed to noise, moving equipment, and outdoor weather conditions.
